Easy Fitness Over 50 Series 5 (Chairobics)
3 - Fifteen minute chair workouts. They are easy to follow and so much fun to do. Workouts 1 & 2 combine arm and leg movements that help with coordination, and mobility while helping with circulation. These are fun and gentle cardio workouts. In workout number 3 we add water bottle weights (or hand weights) to condition the upper body.
Video 1: Works your arms, legs and core muscles. Simple combinations that are easy to learn. They will keep you interested, moving and having fun while you increase circulation and coordination.
Video 2: Works on flexibility, strength, and fun. This routine will stretch and strengthen all of your important muscles and I’ve included easy moves and muscle combinations that you will enjoy learning. I promise you will have fun!
Video 3: Here I’m using water bottles as weights, but you can use any size hand weights that are right for you. There’s a gentle warm-up that leads to a great upper body workout. We will work the arms, shoulders, and back while we work on stabilizing your core muscles. This is an easy and fun way to tone your upper body.
