This series has seven videos that are each about seven minutes long. You can use each of them individually for very short workouts, use them in different combinations for a medium length workout or combine them all and have a very long workout!

Video one is a great beginners workout! It includes your warm-up plus… very gentle cardio.

If you want a longer cardio routine… add video 2. It’s seven more minutes of fun moves!

Then, when you’re ready, add video 3 with the first 2 for an additional seven minutes of cardio.

After any of these combinations, your cooldown is waiting in video six.

If you’re not ready to cool down yet, you can add number 4. It’s  a wall routine that will  strengthen your muscles… or you can choose number 5, which works core strength and balance. The last option is add both of those before the cool down in video number 6.

The last video in this series can be used as a stand alone or used at the end of any workout combination… after your cooldown. It focuses on more gentle stretching to increase flexibility and to help you relax.
